All “custom made” units have a processing time of 2-3 business days and a turn around time of 7-21 business days. 

Shipping on “custom made” and “Ready to ship” units requires 2-3 business days. 

 

All units made with your own hair provided has a turn around time of 7-21 business days. Shipping requires 2-3 business days 

 

All other products listed on this site has a processing time of 5 business days and shipping requires 2-3 business days.

FAQ'S:

“How long will it take for me to receive my unit?” -custom made units will be processed between 2-3 business days and have a turn around time of 7-21 business days. Shipping requires 2-3 business days. THESE TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS

 

“Do you have your own hair or do I have to order hair and send it in for my unit to be made” -Yes, all units posted are made with my company’s hair. However, you can provide your own hair to have a wig made.

 

“How long will my unit last?” -units can last you from anywhere between 2-3 years with the proper care and maintenance. Your lace will need a retouching or replacement over time but the overall construction of the unit will  be fine.

 

“Where are you located” -I am located between Charlotte N.C. and Queens N.Y.

 

“Are your wigs glueless” -Yes, all units are 100% glueless and fully customized.

 

“Do you install the wigs?”- Yes, I do installs, however I am not located in a shop and I move around often, so if you would like to book an install please kindly send me an email at lacedcrownofficial@gmail.com the same day you order your unit to ensure that we are or will be in the same state either NC or NY.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

 

• All “custom made” units are final and cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged due sanitary reasons as well as due to the information provided to have your unit fit you perfectly and made to your liking.

• All “ready to ship” units are final and cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged due to sanitary reasons

• All units made with your own hair provided are final and cannot be returned/refunded or exchanged due to sanitary reasons 

• All bundles, lace, eyelashes, and hair care products cannot be refunded but can be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Your May return and or exchange for another item in that category if there was a mistake on my end. Please send me a detailed email with attachments on the issue at hand and I will get back to you within 48 hours. The products cannot be opened and or used if you would like to return and or exchange. 

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

•           Send an email to Lacedcrownofficial@gmail.com with a clear subject, the issue with your item with attachments and a clear description and or title of the item you would like to exchange with.

• Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

• Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

•     Please allow 48 hours for me to respond 

• Please allow a processing time of 5 business days and a shipping time of 2-3 business days to receive your new item. If in any case your order should be delayed you will be notified by email.
